Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
We accept secure payments through approved third-party payment gateways. PONO does not store your full payment details.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues are identified.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and Delivery

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition unless faulty.

Prescription Lenses and Optical Services

PONO sells frames and selected eyewear products.

Where customers request prescription lenses, lens fitting, optical processing, or related services, these services are performed by an independent qualified optometrist or optical service provider.

PONO does not perform eye examinations, prescribe lenses, or manufacture prescription lenses.

PONO remains the customer-facing brand and may coordinate communication regarding your order, but clinical and lens-related services remain the responsibility of the independent provider.
Lens Orders and Turnaround Times

Prescription lens orders require accurate prescription information from the customer.

Estimated turnaround times for lens processing are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on lens type, supplier availability, or laboratory delays.

PONO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party lens laboratories or optometric providers.
Liability

PONO is responsible for manufacturing defects in frames supplied by us.
PONO is not liable for issues arising from:
• Incorrect prescriptions supplied by customers
• Clinical advice or optometric services
• Improper use, accidental damage, neglect, or normal wear and tear
• Delays caused by couriers or service providers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PONO’s liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant product.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, product names, images, and designs are the property of PONO Eyewear and may not be copied or used without written permission.
